The exhibit kicks off with a polished bumper, which guards a polished and black-trimmed grille that centers clear parking lamps between subtle LED headlights. A retro air cleaner tops electronic FiTech Go Street fuel injection that makes hard starts and annoying carburetor coughs a thing of the past. That system feeds a spry Edelbrock Performer EPS intake, which looks great between polished breathers and finned valve covers. The fires get lit by a hot HEI distributor, which sparks carefully loomed plug wires. Spent gases fall through old school exhaust manifolds. At the front of those tubes, billet pulleys spin a coated AC compressor over a polished alternator, polished power steering and a polished water pump. At the front of those ancillaries, a lightweight Champion radiator pairs a polished expansion tank with a large electric puller fan. And the iron mill looks great amid choice details like a smoothed firewall and a full Hyperfuel Command Center.

Slide beneath this rig and you'll find a clean, road ready undercarriage that's founded on a thoughtfully modified chassis. At the front of those boxed bones, a trusty Mustang II-style suspension frames modern power rack-and-pinion steering. Opposite that clip, a proven 10-bolt axle pushes a triangulated 4-bar rear-half. That pumpkin twists thanks to a dressed 700R4 4-speed. Momentum gets countered by a floor-mount brake booster, which pushes power to four vented discs. Big Flowmaster mufflers roar through polished, side-exit tips. The FiTech system drains a relocated and custom-fabricated fuel tank. And this Chevy's lowered stance is greatly complemented by chromed US Mags Ramblers, which spin 225/70R15 BF Goodrich Radial T/As in front of 275/60R15 BF Goodrich Radial T/As.
