ROTISSERIE RED ROCK AND ROLL!

The beneficiary of a nut-and-bolt rotisserie restoration that was completed over the course of five years, this slick Bel Air is an excellent example of what happens when an enthusiast builds their dream car! A series of solid body panels, stripped all the way to bare during the build, displays great fit and excellent finish. Professionally sprayed two-stage seals vivid pigment in a glossy, wet-look shine. And the result is one very well done pavement scorcher that'll drop jaws at whatever event it rocks!

At the front of the car's brilliant profile, a sculpted bumper hangs a full set of guards beneath a polished grille, LED parking lamps and traditional, stainless-trimmed headlights. At the top of that grille, a bright Chevrolet crest leads a familiar Jetbird, which looks great in front of tinted glass that's stacked under polished frames, polished vent shades and polished RainGear wipers. Ornate Speed Spears join classy “Bel Air” scripts to complement small mirrors, guarded door handles and flowing rocker shields. And at the back of the car, a second sculpted bumper hangs a full set of guards beneath requisite corner Vs, LED taillights and a trick Center High Mount Stop Lamp.

DECADES DIFFERENT SMALL BLOCK

If you think the exterior of this classic is impressive, you're going to LOVE what's under its hood! Smooth, sorted and ready to roll, the car's high performance LT1 is widely regarded as one of the best small blocks ever produced. At the front of the handsome mill, a polished March serpentine drive spins a painted water pump between a polished alternator and a polished AC compressor. Opposite that pump, an “K&N” branded air cleaner caps a color-keyed Street & Performance throttle body. That Lokar-controlled valve feeds a dressed factory intake, which feeds aluminum heads and GM-spec internals. High-octane fossils come courtesy of modern fuel injection. Spent gases roar through factory-style manifolds. And cooling comes courtesy of a polished Griffin radiator that's backed by a polished support, corrugated hoses and large SPAL puller fans. Visually, not a detail was missed under this Bel Air's billet-trimmed bonnet. Niceties like polished breathers, polished fluid reservoirs, braided hoses and chromed valve covers give the body-matched small block decidedly show worthy aesthetics. And the car's custom inner fenders stretch a smoothed firewall behind a polished latch, polished bolts, a chromed brake booster and polished Eddie Motorsports hood supports.

NOT WHAT IT SEEMS

Park this hardtop on a lift and you'll find solid, undercoated floors that provide a body-matched backdrop for a roster of proven components. A dressed 700R4 4-speed twists power to a fourth-generation Corvette rear-clip, which is finished with a color-keyed sway bar and spry AFCO Racing coil-overs. That clip pushes a fourth-generation Corvette front-half that features a second color-keyed sway bar and two more AFCO Racing coil-overs. Quick turns come courtesy of modern power rack-and-pinion steering. At the corners, red Wilwood calipers squeeze 20 pistons around big drilled and slotted rotors. Charred dinosaurs float into aluminized pipes, which bark through throaty, dual-chamber mufflers and polished stainless tips. And torque transitions to pavement through chromed Coys C5s, which wear 235/45R18 Toyo Proxes in front of 255/45ZR20 Toyo Proxes.

CUSTOMIZATION IS STANDARD

Climb inside this razor-sharp Chevrolet and you'll find a fully custom interior that features dramatic style and great looking trim. Embedding traditional cross-flags in crisp, two-tone leather, the car's broad bench and bucket seats are straight up awesome! A color-keyed dash fashions polished billet trim around cool Vintage Air conditioning and tidy Dakota Digital VHX telemetry. Beneath that ledge, a custom console floats an attractive combination of wood and leather around a short Lokar shifter and modern audio. Textured door panels front modern power windows at the sides of leather floor mats, which float between trim Daytona Carpet and billet foot pedals. A billet rearview mirror reflects a sculpted headliner, which bends around polished bows. The driver spins a wood-rimmed wheel around a polished, tilting column. And a custom-upholstered trunk hides a polished fire extinguisher beneath more cool cross-flags.
