Custom Designed and Built Single Seat Roadster 700cc 5-speed
The one-off custom before you is a truly unique automobile. From the initial idea, to design, clay modeling, chassis building, body forming, and finishing, this car is truly an automotive one-off and a work of art! Dubbed the Tiger 700, this single seat roadster is ready to pounce!
Derived from the misty haze of imagination, transformed into real metal and rubber, carbon fiber, and capturing the gaze of every onlooker.. This roadster draws a crowd at every cruise night.

The styling was inspired by the Messerschmitt TG, but the Tiger 700 is uniquely different:
· Overall, it is about 20% larger.
· It has twice the horsepower and is 200Lbs lighter.
· The wheels are 15” vs 10”.

Body:
• Designed using a 1/6 scale clay model
• Scaled the model up to a full size foam buck, then created a 17 piece mold of the buck
• Body is carbon fiber
• Body weighs 35lbs
Drivetrain:
• Yamaha 700cc motorcycle style engine and 5 speed sequential transmission with reverse
• Titanium exhaust
• The wheels weigh 8lbs
Chassis:
• Designed in CAD and stiffness tested on a 1/6 scale model
• Chrome-moly tube space frame
• Significant collision protection structure in sides, foot box, front, and rear
• The life cell is isolated from the front and rear subframes to reduce harshness & vibration
• The life cell weighs 60lbs
Suspension:
• Suspension simulation software was used to design the front geometry
• Cantilevered front suspension
Interior:
• Panels are carbon fiber
• The interior weighs 15lbs
Balance:
• Most of the mass is low and pushed to the center of the chassis
• Front cantilevered suspension lays the coil overs down flat
• Engine/transmission are set low and toward center of chassis
• Center of gravity is below the seat
• Weight distribution is Front 49% / Rear 51%
