Ford's Garage Announces Three new Locations Across U.S.

Ford’s Garage – an officially licensed burger and craft beer-serving restaurant franchise that pays homage to The Blue Oval’s rich history – has been expanding rapidly in recent years, opening up new locations in states including Michigan, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Florida, to name just a few. Now, after just announcing that it will serve as an official watch location for the 2023 Kentucky Derby, Ford’s Garage has revealed that it plans to open three more locations across the U.S.

These three new restaurants will be located in Florence, Kentucky, at the Saratoga Square Shopping Center, Novi, Michigan, at Twelve Mile Crossing, and Oviedo, Florida, at Oviedo on the Park. “I’m thrilled to continue my journey with Ford’s Garage by bringing this hugely successful concept to a new market,” said Mike McGuigan, Florence, Kentucky franchise owner and founder of the Ford’s Garage concept. “I’ve been involved in themed restaurants for almost my entire career, and this is one of the most exciting – offering freshly made food and an incredible experience with universal appeal for all ages.”

After opening its first restaurant back in 2012 in Fort Myers, Florida, near the winter home of Henry Ford, Ford’s Garage has since expanded to encompass 22 locations, each of which features vintage vehicles, fixtures, and gas pumps, and even a Model T or Model A suspended above the center bar. The automotive theme continues throughout the restaurant, with napkins that are blue shop towels, servers wearing mechanic’s shirts, and sinks made from tires.

“We welcome these three new locations to the Ford’s Garage family and look forward to hosting their patrons for a fun dining experience combined with a delicious menu and unique atmosphere,” said Steven Shlemon, President of Ford’s Garage and its parent company, ICON Restaurant Group. “We’re extremely pleased with the consistent growth of the brand and look forward to extending that growth in the coming months with additional franchise locations in new markets.”
