The Ultimate Hauler: Insanely unique 1972 C50 Chevy Crew-Cab

By RK Motors - Nov 02, 2017

Thank you, Nitto Tires, for once again going the extra mile to seek out truly unique vehicles to put in its SEMA booth. We just about dropped our cameras when we first spotted this 1972 crew-cab C50 Chevy pickup built by Rtech Fabrications in Hayden, Idaho. The company specializes in creating uniquely wonderful 1967-1972 custom Chevy truck creations and this one nails it on every level. Beginning with a 1972 C50, the body was stretched into a crew-cab, loaded with modified 2010 GMC seating treated to a killer plaid-on-black upholstery. Under the hood, a 12-valve Cummins makes no excuses and is backed by an NV4500 five-speed manual and NP205 before sending power to 1-ton GM axles. The HVAC works, the color scheme is perfect, and the big Nitto Trail Grapplers can drag it out of whatever it gets into.
