Under the hood is a small block Chevy 383 V8 engine producing enough horsepower to back up its killer looks. Managing that power and putting it to the ground is a TH350 automatic transmission and a chrome Ford 9-inch rear end with 3.00 open gearing.
Inside you will find an all-black custom leatherette interior with flamed stitched headliner. Since this is a pure American hot rod, there is no heat or AC, but you can enjoy power windows, Pioneer stereo system and tilt wheel.
The Highboy rides on big and little tires with Mickey Thompson rubber wrapped around American Racing wheels at all four corners. Stopping power comes from four-wheel disc brakes which will help to make sure this hot rod stops as well as it goes.
