Pop the hood on this great looking Jeep and you'll find a proven Chrysler EGH 3.8 liter V6 which turns a 9.6 to 1 compression ratio into 202 horsepower and 237 lb./ft. of torque. It's not a grossly overpowered mill, but rest assured, this stalwart Chrysler engine has enough torque to get this capable 4x4 out of any tight situation or tow just about any toy you can imagine. In fact, I'd be willing to bet that since this engine bay is complete from its original hood insulation all the way to its Mopar belts and factory hoses, nothing besides the dipsticks and oil cap has even been touched since it left the assembly line. This is one of those rare situations where the best compliment I can provide is “like-new” because as it sits right now, this V6 appears to have just driven out of the dealership.

With 10.2 inches of ground clearance, and 44.3 degree approach and 40.4 degree departure angles this buff SUV can crawl up most trails and ford most creeks without any drama at all. Behind the brawny V6, an optional 4-speed automatic transmission sends power to a rugged Jeep Command-Trac NV241 part-time two-speed transfer case and an optional Trac-Loc limited slip differential. Power steering is a welcome addition when you're driving something with tries this big, and four wheel power disc brakes which consist of vented front and solid rear discs combine with a standard off-road tuned anti-lock brake system to bring the SUVs mass to a quick stop. Jeeps are known for their tough suspensions, and this Sahara is no different with an upgraded heavy duty suspension which includes solid live axles at both ends, front and rear stabilizer bars, a complete skid plate package, a built in stability control system and standard traction control. The bottom of this Wrangler looks as pristine as you would expect a clean, lightly used SUV to look and features complete factory hardware, an aluminized factory exhaust system and fresh factory shocks. At the corners, awesome looking 18 inch machine faced aluminum wheels roll gnarly 255/70 Bridgestone Dueler All Terrain tires around satin finished “Jeep” center caps.

Inside this Wrangler you'll find a spacious and comfortable environment with enough room to be the vehicle of choice for weekend getaways. The Sahara exclusive 'yes essential' front buckets and rear bench still feel firm to the touch and are wrapped in a sporty gray fabric that seems pretty weather resilient and shows no wear at all. In front of the driver, a rolled and textured dash props small speakers just inside of the front window and holds crystal clear gauges next to an optional climate control system and a large screen navigation system which includes an AM/FM Sirius compatible Infinity seven speaker sound system and DVD player. Connecting the driver to the road is a silver-spoked and “Jeep” branded steering wheel, a black shifter for the automatic transmission and a console mounted shifter for the four wheel drive system. Behind the cockpit, a bright and airy cargo area is finished in like-new black carpeting and holds a subwoofer for the Infinity sound system.
